Deli Bakery Equipment Short List

A deli bakery equipment list depends on the menu & services offered. If the food types fit, then use these optional items:
Stove w/ top burners & griddle
Hood & Fire Suppression System Above
Stainless prep tables
(Two) fryer(s)
Oven proofer
Microwave
3 compartment sink
1-2 hand sinks (18” x 18”)
Cooler & Freezer Space (walk in or reach in depending on space)
A small walk-in cooler would be 8' x 10'
Medium sink with drain board for food washing etc.
Slicer Scale
Sandwich table (refrigerated storage below & condiments above)
Optional commercial dishwasher
Wire rack shelving storage above where possible (as much as possible)
Buffalo Chopper (Hobart is a possible manufacturer)
Expediting window with shelf & warmer lamps
Many of these items depend on the food operation, so I gave you a broad list.
